DH is working late, there's nothing on TV and I am bored!

I don't even have a good book to read.

Ah, Saturday is fine. Heaps of time!

Singapore is great. Bit hot at the moment but while it's winter back home I can't really complain

Nevermind...at least I can shop and have coffee!!
You are a bad influence. Now I am thinking Saturday is a long way off too...

Oh no.... well it's only 2 sleeps away. Does that give you a better sense of urgency???

We used to have a lovely pool at our apartment too but we just moved into an old 1920s heritage house. Lots more room but no pool or gym. It's a tough life

A few of my sister's friends have moved into bigger places too recently. Rents are down
Our new place in London will have a pool and gym which I hope to use...but its probably like the packing....
Nice that you have a bit of space though - great for Singapore! How long do you plan to stay over there?

Well we just signed up for a 2yr lease for this place so hopefully till mid 2011, depending on DHs job of course. We've been here since 2007 and in Asia since 2005.

I miss the pool (coz of the heat) but I can count on one hand the number of times I used the gym in the last place we were in (for 2yrs)

How long have you been in Armenia? Are you looking forward to London?

Been in Armenia for one year. Sort of looking forward to London. Some things will be great - for example being able to confidently communicate with everyone! I don't speak Armenian so some taxi rides, haircuts, shopping experiences have been...well...experiences!

What does your DH do to keep you moving round Asia?

Mine works for the bank HSBC.

Mine's with Credit Suisse.

I know what you mean about communication .... we were in Tokyo for a while. Amazing place to live but the only time I could direct a taxi driver was after a few wines
