Try living in Auckland... thats why Im looking at houses in Chch!! Market rent for our house is $450 for a 3 bedroom single garage!! We will probly sell this place for twice what we paid 5 years ago.. and then some...but cant afford to buy something with 4 bedrooms! Unless we leave Aucks.
