LOL girls, yes I made it, it's for a friend's surprise birthday party tonight (gonna be a pot luck dinner)... I am dutifully keeping 2yo and 3yo and 26yo male's hands off it, let alone yours!

Well the icing in the middle was a little hard (think: beat more and don't leave in the fridge even if only to keep the 2yo's hands off!) but altogether really yummy and no crunchy edges on the cake. I'm rather proud of myself!
