am i being fooled???

I used to have agents ring frequently saying they had buyers interested in buying, was I interested in selling, but it was so frequent (once a month for about a year and different agents) I felt they were just trying to generate listings. My father was in RE for years and said this was a common tactic as is ringing recently deceased estates before they were listed.

Like others on the boards, I would ask for the offer and negotiate the terms. Don't let her talk you into selling if you aren't intending to or ready for it though.
