My poor little girl has stopped pooping AGAIN!

On her new formula (Karicare HA) she was going everyday and has been for two months now. She got a cold at the weekend and hasn't gone on her own since. We gave her some water with brown sugar on Monday and she went, but not much. We've put her back on the Coloxyl in every bottle but she hasn't gone since Monday   We've even given her kiwifruit (as recommended by GP) and she said that if that didn't work, nothing will.

Before we weren't sure if she was actually constipated as "it" was large but formed (not pebbley) and she was peeing heaps. I know she's getting lots fo water now as we have introduced the sippy cup and she's doing really well with it, but her nappies are a lot dryer than ever before.
Our GP couldn't see us today so we have an appointment first thing in the morning. The sadest part is that Caitlin is normally such a happy baby and has become very grizzley and won't go to bed and sleep through, obviously she's feeling pretty yuck.

Sorry for the whinge but I really am at a loss now and it just breaks my heart that we're back a square one when we thought we had her all fixed

I feel for you I really do. We had a similar thing with Jayden when he was around three and in the end after trying everything we had to give him an enema everyday for a month to get his body back into a routine. It was horrible but after a few weeks when he realized he was starting to feel better he actually got to the point where he was asking for it. I'm glad to say we have never looked back since then and now he is as regular as clockwork. I dare say due to age they won't be quite so drastic but just remember she will get better. Hopefully the doctor will be able to give you some answers tomorrow and help the poor wee soul. Good luck for tomorrow
