If it's not here in a few days time, test again. Maybe you've been so darn busy lately that it's messed it up a bit.

I agree, test again in a few days if it doesn't show up, may just be stress.

My AF was very late this month, thought I was preggie but it turned out to be messed up cos of stress. AF came back with a vengence today, 18 days after it was due.. so that could be what you're looking at.
All the best, whatever it is!

I have skipped months altogether when I've been stressed. Like the other ladies said, test again in a few days. Late/skipped periods doesn't always mean pregnant (no matter what Nikki says! )

Must say I was more than a little relieved to see mine yesterday too - two days late was enough to have me in a panic

I've tried the pill, but found that it turned me into a total swamp witch on a mission to torture everyone and everything. Which is strange because I've never had a problem with the pill in my pre-baby days. I think I would rather be preggy than go back there again

I cant go on the mini pill either. I am a witch on it and switch moods in seconds left right and center plus I spot the whole time.
I am actually wanting to discuss the mirena with a dr next time. I just dont like the second phase of protection at all.

he he he.... a "swamp witch"! I'll have to tell hubby that one, 'cause the mini-pill doesn't agree with me either and I never had probs with the pill pre-baby too.
Well... Toni. I think chocolate really is the thing to do today! I'm glad for you that you got the answer you wanted, but feel for ya too, if that makes sense! It all just messes with our heads, eh!

Sorry for false alarm Toni. I just get some sick pleasure out of calling pregnancies as I have stuffed up a few times and want me to not be the only one!
Get some retail therapy in

LMAO Nikki yep just had some retail therapy in the form of $80!!!!!!! at the UK Food shop I can't believe I just spent EIGHTY DOLLARS on crisps and biccies (oh and some Farleys Rusks that are baby food - but at $10 for 6 rusks Caitlin won't be seeing any! )
Re. the Swamp Witch thing. Someone once told me that your AFs get better and light after you have a baby. Well in my case that is total BS as mine have never been so bad (crampy) and heavy (clotty) . Spent last night on the couch with an easter egg, bottle of Chardonnay and a wheat bag (whilst watching my darling Mr Prison Break *YUM*)
Yeah, these times are certainly sent to test our resolve. I guess in a way I was lucky that when I realised how late I was I was late enough to be able to do a test with a viable result so didn't have to worry about "what if...". In saying that I know I get super clucky just before AF arrives. I'd love another baby but would prefer to wait a bit longer. But if said baby did arrive sooner rather than later I guess you just make the necessary changes in your life and "it" (I hate that term) certainly wouldn't be loved any less than Caitlin.
Due to AF induced waffling I think I'll leave it there
Thanks ladies for all of your support/comments. It really does mean a lot that even though I hardly know some of you, you are all there for me
*damn hormones*
