secondly he could say that she has been stalking BF, & making the work environment unpleasant for them & this conversation was a trap to catch her out & now they have the proof they want to take disciplinary action against her for stalking with malice & intent to do damage to there work record.

If he plays it smart then he will come out smelling like roses & the victim, but I think his BF need a smack in the head draging your DH into his games.

I like this idea, it would totally work out which is the great thing about it ... ...they shud ask her how she knew they were talking about her in the first place...where in your DH status is her name mentioned even??

I'd say your DH definitely has nothing to worry about. Hope all goes well...which i am sure it will!!

Thanks girls!

DH has been told by his supervisor that the matter is not going any further. The supervisor explained the situation to management and has advised them that he has "Sorted" it. So PHEW!!!!

Because if they ignore a harassment claim and the person resigns then takes six months to find another job they can claim constructive dismissal and ask for a few thousand dollars for hurt and humiliation plus loss of wages for the six months they were off work plus reimburse their legal fees. Even though its a nonsense incident if Management don't investigate it they would probably go for an absolute skate for doing nothing about it.

I'm glad its sorted.
