Its all done by what you do for work, how tall you are and if you weight is above or below a certain number.
I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Well, my books have this info for daily points totals:

64kg and under = 18 pts
65 to 79 = 20 pts
80 to 94 = 22 pts
98 to 109 = 23 pts
110 to 124 = 24 pts
125 to 139 = 25 pts
140 and over = 26 pts

This doesn't account for the bonus points for excercise or anything but gives you an idea anyway...

Oh yeah, and as I recently found out, an extra 7 pts for breastfeeding.

Just to let you know I can have 32 points. I get 14 for BF 10 for my weight (which will change to 8 next week if I lose come weight). I get 4 points for my age. 2 points as i'm over 160cm tall. 2 points for how active I am.

Wow that certainly is a complicated way to work out how many points (shame I'm not bf - I love my food!)
