but I ain't seeing it.

Why is that DH is away and both my children and me get sick

Andrew's ears (surprise surprise) have an infection in them (seeing the ENT next week and grommets are so going back in our i'm one unhappy mother), and his glands are up (AGAIN ).

Josh has the most wicked nappy rash (I feel so sorry for him), and a high temp, and vomiting along with diarohea(sp?) and to top it off a tummy bug (hence the V's and D's). And he isn't interested in eating or drinking - but still wet nappies (well I think they are can't tell from the poo ) so dr isn't all that concerned at this stage.

Me the weather changes and I get a head cold and i'm just getting over a tummy bug.

My dr (I do think he is wonderful) felt for me as DH is away and told me that if I want to drug Andrew up so he'll sleep for me do it and told me what to do (fingers crossed it works as I just want a few hours for me today)

So I can put money on when DH gets back on Friday night we will be better - however I think he'll come home to a bombsite of a house as I can't be arsed with washing or the dishes at the moment.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Big hugs! Hope you and the boys are feeling better soon! Bugger about Andrews ears, but I so hear you on the grommets thing, I'mso glad we had Mercedes done. And re: drugging Andrew, I've done it with the gremlins before now, sometimes they get to the point where they're so overtired that they can't settle themselves and they're heaps better after a decent sleep.

I drugged him a little bit and got a 2 hour sleep out of him , but he has woken up in a foul mood .

I so hope the rash clears up soon as even when he pee's it hurts (can totally understand that) his poor little bottom.

So looking forward to tonight when I can put them both into bed for the night.

Well the antibiotics have kicked in and the rash is already starting to clear. Not as many pooey nappies today so hopefully the bug is leaving his system. I just hope that he doesn't poo tonight and sleeps the whole night as I want some sleep.
