Josh has the baby flu, has had it since last Thursday.

Andrew has a cold and just wants to run around but the weather here sucks big time.

Last night I stated developing a cold and this morning it has gone into a full blown cold with stuff dripping down the back of my throat , my nose is blocked, ear blocked, and my head is pounding.

What can I do to entertain Andrew??, he has been watching DVD's all week (apart from yesterday when he went to pre school) and is now starting to get bored with that. I can't do much with him as I feel rotten. And to top it off Nigel is away tonight as he is play a Staff Sergent for the private recruits tonight.

Any ideas??

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

My nan used to put a match stick in a big thick phone book and I would go hunting for it lol

Drawing?

Have you got any old magazines? Get him to cut out pictures and make it in to a collage (sp?) if you have kiddy sissors.

a card to send to grandparents or daddy?

If you have big old buttons get him to thread them onto a peice of string.

Play eye spy (even though you are at home)

Tea party with all the teddys

He can build a fort with chairs and a big blanket or sheet.

If you have a big box make it into a boat and he can make his own hat eye patch and sword out of newspaper and be a pirate

You could go outside and get a few dried leaves and he could make a picture out of them

Paper mache?

Does he know his letters? He might be into copying words from baby-type books (big print and few words) with fridge magnet letters.

Sorry that's all I can think of for now. I'm laughing at the hide n seek idea tho!!
