come on guys, give them a break.... so the shops get it earlier by a day or two... they dont get access to the MAX stuff and its not personally delivered. it doesnt make sense to hassle them about something they have no control over!

Also I told angie in my pm that I understood there would be glitches with any new venture, is still a tad annoying though, more so that you guys were talking about the mag for days before mine turned up.

well said it's not the biggest deal in the world. Nad the yhave done there best no reason to give them a hard time.
Perhaps your frustrations would be best directed at NZ Post rather than Oh Baby?
As with anything - as soon as it leaves your hands there is pretty much nothing you can do about how/when it arrives.

We are still entitled to a little frustration. Isnt it better that we have a little whinge here than stop subscribing (as some people did last time). This month was an improvement on last but still not quite as we were expecting. And we DO understand that things are often out of their control but keeping quiet doesnt fix any problems either.
You guys are making more of a fuss about what we said and blowing it totally out of proportion.
Far worse stuff gets said on here and quite frankly I think I'm allowed to voice my opinion. If I was annoyed at service from someone else I would voice it so why not about this. In actual fact you guys making such a big deal has now pissed me off about something that I wasn't that bothered about before.

I just wanted to say that I'm really impressed with the mag (articles & quality of images). It's great value for money! I also really admire all the couples who have shared their personal stories. Will definately be recommending it to friends.
