I'm all for size acceptance, I just don't want to accept my size!

I figure if my headspace is in the right place, which it seems to be, why not give it a go.

And I also think that I've made realistic goals, 5kg by end of February is only 1200grams a month, so about 300gr a week. Very slow

Hooray, someone who's got their head screwed on right when it comes to weightloss!. I've had a foot in the must lose some weight camp for as long as I've been an adult and I can remember a time when I was obsessed about every last calorie. It did my head in, my life became consumed with numbers, calories in, energy expended - I won't be going down that road again, turned me into a horrid person, so rigid with what I ate I was no fun at all. And I'd hate that obsession to happen to anyone else.
