i have been trying to lose wight i hate being this size since i worked like a dog to get skinny around 5 years ago and all these thing keep jumping up and stoping me frist my gran gets real ill then dies then james gets sick and then i get sick have had to cancel my personal trainer for the last two wekks arrggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i an relly mad at life at the mo and i no how to eat healthy but i,m stuck on a junk food frzzyarrgghhhhhhhhhhhhh i just want to lose wight and feel good about myself arrrgghhhhhhhhh i am so fasited arrgghhhhhhhhhhh ok winge over

awww chicka sorry to hear ur feeling so down! I have those moments to coz i went from a size 8 to *coughsecretsizecough* that i am now lol Im feeling really motivated to lose the weight and YAY for Ana being my WW buddy hehe

U will get there chicka i know patience is something that is in short supply with this kinda thing but yeh u will get there

Yep I know what you mean, Im in the same boat, Ive finally found an exercise both hubby and I love and we can do together but just cant get babysitters to watch the kids and cos its squash I cant exactly leave hubby home and go on my own. Seems like everytime I get back on track something is going to go wrong.
How are you going with your personal trainer though? do you do weights or classes?

i had to give up personal training as am very poor at the mo but once i,m am working again i will strat again
