	Hi ladies I am having a GA next week and have the beginning of a sore throat and runny nose . Does anyone no whether beginning under the weather may affect the surgery (i.e) will the surgeon even operate?

	Yes it will affect it, I woudl do everything you can to try and get rid of it now.
	I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

	yrp that first defence stuff works very well. Vicks, can get it at the supermarket. have successfully avoided 3 colds taking it now.
	The Honest Un PC Parent of 2, usually stuck in the naughty corner! :P
