So I was headed to Newmarket to meet a friend for coffee when I heard on ZM something about Black Thunder being at 277 with the glamourous new Mazda and something about coming down for glamourous prizes if you thought you could compete with it or something or other. Didn't catch all of it 'cos I was pulling into the 277 carpark at the time with my friend texting me.
Sooooooo bolted to meet her, we figured we'd go check out what it was about, K hung back so I could claim my free stuff. It was then I was asked "ok so win this what did I say I was giving away?". Blank. Say what? I don't know! I was trying to drive, read text and listen all at once....so I babbled out what I remembered from the promo, no clue what they were giving away....good enough for them though, I won!! A $100 Smith & Caughy voucher!!!!!
15 mins later a pair of brown leather Calvin Klein aviator gloves were all mine (used the voucher to buy them)! WOOT!!!!!!
Sorry but had to share, it was such an awesome morning and such a nice surprise seeing as I had no idea what the prize was! I've been dying for some nice gloves but was just going to get some cheap fake leather looking ones, now I have some nice ones! So stoked!!!!
