I got a reply back, the only meal I can have, unless I want them to arrange one for me is Canterbury lamb at $39?? I don't think so LOL Chips for me too!
But thumbs up for the manager replying to my email quite promptly

None of my heels are suitable for wearing in winter, and not sure the shift in centre of gravity would be a good idea.
