My physio has referred me on for some acupuncture for my back as I am still in alot of pain, has anyone had acupuncture and what did you think of it?  Did it work?  I have had one session and it was fine, made me all sleepy but didnt hurt at all, she would like to do 4 sessions and see how I am feeling then.  Would love to hear from anyone who has tried acupuncture

I had it on my shoulder, I think it is fantastic when done properly. Mine took quite a few sessions to come right in conjunction with physio and massage, and it depends on what is at the root of your problem but I would recommend it.

I love it. I've had it in the past for shin splints and ligament damage to my knee - my physio did it along with massage and manipulation, it did take a few sessions but well worth it.

DF is having it at the moment and finding it good
