yay for me! I went for my first run yesterday during the tiny window where both kids were asleep (on treadmill bty, I didn't leave them home alone )
I only managed to walk/run 4kms which is a very long way off from what I used to run, but its a start!
Am even looking forward to tomorrow so I can do it again

Running always seemed like cruel and unusual punishment! I try to only do it when I am being chased - just to keep up the reflex incase dinosaurs come out extinction

Hehe Sterryn I used to say that at school when they told me I had to run in the cross country. 'You should only run if you are being chased!'

Yesterday I did 3 minutes on my cross-trainer, got tired, sat down and ate some chocolate, then got back on for 2 minutes.

I'm planning on doing a bit more today!
