Now that I have been looking at that Purell add flashing at the top of my screen, I am going to have to go and get some!! I had never thought of using it before, but now it seems like a great idea... esp when out and about!

I have been using it (or something similar) for years. Ever since I used to work in a hospital environment. I always have some in the glove box of each car, and some on the kitchen window sill. I find some of them a bit too "chemically" smelling - especially the dettol one, I think the Purell one is the best that I have used!

I used to use it at school (work) all the time especially with all the kids with snotty noses. It was excellent while pregnant. We keep one in the kitchen, one under nappy table and I keep a small one in my nappy bag - never know where you'll have to change a nappy!

I've got something similar. I have one in the car, and one in lounge and one in Josh's nappy bag.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

I have been getting them since they came out in the supermarkets. I have one of the pink "Spring Bloom" Purell ones in my purse at the moment (smells lovely too) and a plain one in my car. I'm a bit of a germ freak anyway so I love these. They don't dry out my hands like I thought an alcohol based one would either.

I use it heaps too, have little ones everywhere and big ones in the kitchen. Its especially good for after going to the zoo or somewhere like that where the kids will often touch animals etc.. then want food! One thing i heard a while ago though is that because of the alcohol content its not a great thing for little ones, apparently kids were getting tipsy if they had thier hands in thier mouths, licked thier fingers etc... because its basically just alcohol!

I think that happens if they have a whole lot on their hands, I heard that story too. I always rub Ella's hands together and then get her to wipe them on her pants, if we ever have to use some.
I use it for cleaning public toilet seats now that Ella is toilet trained!
