Friend & I are planning to take the kiddies to Franklin Zoo tomorrow (God I hope the weather holds out for us) ...just wondering if anyone can give feedback on the place and give me some kind of idea as to what admission prices are for adults? I'm assuming since our bubs are 14 & 18 months they will be free....

Also whats the easiest way to get there from Papakura?

I should think the best way to get there would be getting on the mway and heading south? I'm not too sure.

I didn't realise there was a zoo out there either LOL

Adults are $8 dollars each.. not bad!! So going there when we get a car

We went today and it was awesome! Thanks for posting on here Steph and letting us know it even existed!

Not the flashest of places, but so lovely - where else can you hand feed a zebra??!

I totally recommend this place! Quite a hike from town, but worth it
