have lots of ppl through our open home this weekend and we WILL get an offer and we WILL sell our house.

We have had 2 groups through this week....open home is on sunday....so we are averaging about 4 groups a week...have been on the market for about 66days...so we have to have an offer coming soon.

yeap im with yah there; we are prepared to wait for a decent offer to...and the reality of it is...if we dont sell in the next 6 wks, then we will still move...and just rent this place out for 6mths before putting it back on the market
