I cannot believe it.
I just made a lovely chocolate cake for the family to share over the weekend. I thought I would have a piece while it was warm with some whipped cream. But then I had another bit and another...
Now over half the cake is gone so I have hidden the evidence so the family dont know I baked and ate half a cake.
Please make me feel better and tell me I'm not the only one who has done this!!

Dont worry, DH baked some brownie the other day but had to go back to work before he could eat it. I tried so hard to save him a piece but by the time he got home it was gone Lets just say I felt like throwing up all night last night, but there was no way I cold tell DH that.
Its not the first time that has happened this week either

I bought "caitlyn " an advent calendar the other day (yeah , I know , there selling them already ) ...except Caitlyn didnt see any of the calendar,...i ate all the chocolate , even the Merry Christmas chocolate at the end ...before Caitlyn ever knew it had been at our house ......

I'm not so bad with chocolate, but I have been known to make a whole bag of lollies disappear in one day.
And I used to regularly polish off a big bag of chippies by myself in one sitting too!

At least you didn't eat the whole thing....I might have as that really would have left no evidence. I;ve been know to eat a 2litre container of ice cream in one sitting....and the buy the replacement the next day so I didn't get found out!
