Hey,

I need some help. During pregnancy with Micah I had mild SPD. Some days I had to hold the walls to walk. Saw a physio and she gave me exercises to do.

Anyhoo.. Micah is over 6 months old now and I still have pain when I walk. The pain is that stabbing pain at the front where my pelvis meets.

I was kinda hoping that my ligaments would have strengthened by now.

Any suggestions? Should I go to a physio and see what the deal is, or should I just wait another 3 months or so..??

What about going to an osteopath? If you are still in pain for most of the day I would do something about it.
