I'm not usually one to take vitamins, although this pg'cy I have been having complan. However I stick to a regular eat and sleep routine and eat healthy. I think it makes all the difference when looking after children.

Not now, I used to though. Up until having #3 I would walk an hour a day at least come rain hail or shine (used to run 7-8km a few times a week too), eat very healthy, takeaways once a month etc etc, but now.........DS1 has to ride his trike on our walks and hates the rain or wind so I'm very very limited. Food, I'm constantly snacking on the wrong stuff and convincing myself that I feel like it so therefore my body must need it, yeah right!!!! Like many others though I'm very strict on what my kids eat and drink, we only have water and milk in the house.
