Ideas? Well you did ask... (remembering I've had it 4 times, but not as a parent):
No drinkie-drinkies, 'cause G.Fever can impede liver function if it's allowed to. Of course, this does mean that you'd both make rather cheap dates these days... if you had the energy for it! Ha ha.
No computer, study or work an hour or so before bedtime - it stimulates your brain, making it hard to wind down, when you do try to go to sleep, and as all us OB addicts already know, time flies when you're happily geeking away, and bedtimes can fall by the wayside way too easily.
Accept all reasonable offers of help. And when a friend says 'sing out if there's anything I can do', quickly think of something that you really need a hand with and don't be ashamed. Hey, they're offering.
Do some stuff the easy way. Those flashy-pants watties frozen veg mixes and stir-fry beef only need a spoonful of garlic, ginger and soy to become a delish stir-fry. Dinner in 5 mins. Healthy, too. And fish'n'chips at least mean you're not on your feet cooking and cleaning that evening. So ditch the guilt and embrace the take-out! Cook double of meals and eat the rest the next night - another night off cooking.
A couple of new DVD's won't hurt the kids.
If you're exercising, go easy... waaaayyyyy easy. Walk, don't run!!
Might be tempting to up the caffeine but that will only help you accidentally overextend yourself - not so great. Um, that's all I can think of for now. FORCE BE WITH YOU, LADIES!!
