I went into the bank today to see what we need to do to get a little bit of money to finish up the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The guy looked at all our stuff and approved it all for me in 1 hour. We get the money tonight in our bank account and tomorrow I get to go shopping for bathroom stuff and order the rest of the gib and wodd stuff to finish the building. Now all I need is a cheap plumber.

BNZ, they were the only people willing to talk to us about getting a mortgage when we wanted one. Another bank more or less jsut laughed at us when we wanted to talk to them about a mortgage as we both were so young. Just because you are young doesn't mean you don't have money.

BNZ didn't even blink when we went in for a mortgage and I'm only 21, they even allowed us to have far more money than we thought we were going to be allowed.
