You popular thing you!

To answer your question, nope maize is not wheat and I am reasonably sure it's gluten free, Ella should be fine with it. You can only but try.

Mercedes on the other hand can't have it because is is corn, SODDING BL*ODY CORN! So plain old 4 mth blue label Farex it is for her. (can you tell I am just a *little* bit over the allergies already?)

Was just coming to post the same thing, lucky I copied my pm to you cos its long. Here it is...

Hmm, I think it will be fine but not 100% sure. Have you tried here Its the manufactured food database. Go to wheat free then infant formula and food. Hope that helps.

So far feeling fine, I'm guessing I have a couple more days before I get to 6 weeks and the MS kicks in! Maybe this one will be totally different tho - I wish Am really worrried about more allergies tho, as no-one really seems to know if anything helps. How is Ella and her allergies? Any more reactions? We had two today - first she got into my yoghurt in the grocery bag in the kitchen - scary stuff, but gave her antihistamine straight away and she was ok, her eczema has flared up already tho Coukd have been lots worse. Then tonight she got a bit hivey from me lifting her into the bath - I had handled eggs at tea. She doesnt normally react like that to egg, but I guess her body was already fighting the yoghurt

Sorry for my ramblings, but I know you understand. Hope that link helps

Ugh Aimee, that's just scary! Hope Hannah is ok! Mercedes has these persistent panda bear patches of exczema round her eyes that flare up whenever she's been exposed to something she doesn't like, altho half the time I'm not even sure what's causing it.

If it helps, I'm 90% certain that Sienna doesn't have any allergies, we'll know in 4 weeks when they get tested, so there's hope for your wee one yet! I hope the ms stays away for you too.

Ooohhhh my very first topic for meeeee!!!  Er.... guess I'd best be off to clear those PM's then.  Those random rashes are so... what's the word? .... they're GRRRR!!!! Eh, Emma!

Thanks heaps, Emma and Aimee - I'll have a looksie at that database again too.  Crikey that sounds like a scare tonight for little Hannah (you poor girl, Aimee!!).  Fingers crossed for you that this wee one gets away from allergies scott-free.
