Was thinking of trying winsor pilates for some excerise over the winter since its hard to get out most days with a little one in this terrible southland weather!!!
Just wondering if anyone uses the dvd/has used them ? and did you find them good/bad?
I only want to get them if they're actually going to make a difference!

Thanks!

I had them for a while. They do make a difference if you do them all the time and eat well as well. But I got bored with them. They would suit you if you like that kind of workout though. I find yoga and pilates type workouts quite dull lol

Yeah I've got them I really like the new one with the aerobic kind of workput the comes with the body sculpting workout I alternate between them with the crosstrainer. Although have been pretty slack of late but getting back into it over Winter.

I have the old version and they do work and I them. I don't mind the repetition - mind you I only do the 20 minute workout never the full hour one.

Fingers crossed they do actually make a difference. My partner brought me this for my birthday after the birth of my daughter. I haven’t actually tired it yet.

Ive seen it advertised and it looks kinda relaxing...

I used to have the Tae-bo video tape when it first was popular, used to love it, but had bad habit of fast forwarding the parts I didn't like... kinda defeats the purpose huh
