Paid Parental Leave Form

Was wondering anyone knows how long this should take to process once I send forms off to IRD? I gave my work all the info they need but it has taken almost a month to get anything back (am still waiting for forms that were 'posted to me last week') *whistles muppet show tune*

For my last one my work said they sent it but IRD had no copy. They were so helpful & I faxed a copy I had form home to the IRD & they did it straight away, so no payments were late. I would ring them so everything is in place as that is last thing you want to stress over. Good luck.
