I think from what I know NZHL gets you the mortgage from somewhere.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Hi NZHL is a affiliate of ASB they are owned by Soverign however.

We have a NZHL morgage and love it, DH's mum's cousin owns the wellington franchise. They have been great and we are saving hundereds a month on interest.

They are not a mortgage broker (who goes to all the banks) hey are a provider. Esentially its a standard 25 year mortgage but it runs like revolving credit enabling you to pay off faster and decrease your interest and if something comes up you just add it on without having to refinance (revolving credit bit), and if you just make the minimum payments then you have apid it off in 25 years.

Its good for people who are good at managing money or have extra disposable income.

NZHL is also affiliated with Kiwibank.
We re financed with them this year and it is through Kiwibank.
We have reduced our loan from 25 years to 13 years with just changing the way we manage our money.

I'm pretty sure NZHL is a mortgage broker, they will arrange finance for you finding you the best deal to suit you.
