I have been through the courts to get full custody of my daughter although ex partner did not contest it, he did go for access through courts. if yu want PM and I will see if I had a similar situtaion as when I was with my ex we were going to go for custody of his daughter from a pervious relationship.

I have no idea but did you try calling your local citizen's advice to see which lawyers are there in your area? quite a few of them give you 10min free advice over the phone. Just a thought!!

Yeah that have done that. The situation now is getting very messy and I think they are going to try and sort out their options.

hubby and i went thru the courts to get official access and holiday/xmas rights for his son...can answer any questions you may have if you want it from that perspective.
