Hello. I am a SAHM mom to a 13 month old girl called McKayla. We recently moved from South Africa so relatively still new to the country and finding our way around.
Would love to meet some new friends. Well I suppose that is it.

Didn't realise there were a lot of South Africans in Howick... since there are so many over here on the North Shore too ! You might have to make a trip over Shirena, Fred's deli has the BEST koeksisters ever LOL And I'm not even South African...

Wouldnt mind going on coffee groups as well. Get me out of the house.
We have a similiar group in South Africa where we also use to go on playdates for the kids ect. Quite fun seeing people RL after you only talked online. And it is as if you know the kids already.
So just tell me where and when. (Have a map so wont get lost too often.)

I always thought there were a lot of South Africans in Browns Bay. I've never heard about the street parade in Howick - sounds good though! I always thought Howick was more Asian (Chinese / Korean etc), shows what this Westie knows aye?
Oh - where are my manners?!?!
Welcome to Oh Baby
I'm Toni, I work 4 days a week and have a 6 month old daughter Caitlin. We live in New Lynn, West Auckland

Hi .. welcome to OhBaby - you'll find everyone really friendly and full of great advice when you need it - such a sanity saver sometimes!
I'm Selina, I have a 6 month old daughter, Amelia. We live in Hamilton.
EllenMumof2 ... both my husband and I are from Wanganui. Not sure what age you and hubby are, but we may know him (seeing as everyone knows everyone in Wangas)!!
