Ok, so this isn't urgent or dire, but I have a frozen meal in the freezer here at work that I packed for lunch, but it was one of those 2 per pack ones, and the heating instructions are at home. So if someone knows can they tell me..
How long do I microwave the mccain macaroini and cheese for?

How big is it? I'd start with 3-4 mins, pull it out and have a nosey, then put it back in if it needs more.
