In the last couple of weeks Gina has gone thru periods where she flatly refuses to eat both EBM and formula. The minute the bottle nears her mouth, she starts crying but is OK otherwise. I have already taken her to the GP who has ruled out anything like an ear infection out. I have also rang Plunket who, apart from telling me off for not feeding her 4 hourly , had very little else to say. She is quite happy otherwise, coos and smiles and passes pees and poos and does not appear dehydrated. She refuses to eat though - she ate at 3pm yesterday and not again until 5am this morning! We think she could be teething but could it really be that? Anyone had this problem before?

Is she refusing the bottle in favour of the 'real thing'? I can't remember if you full-time bottle or not. When I got my period back when Hannah was 2mos old, she absolutely refused to feed off me. (The hormones can make the bmilk salty.)

Haha put that one under chovynz's name by accident
