Topic: cheap Huggies anywhere? Posted: 26 February 2007 at 7:57pm |
Oh Lordy you've unwittingly stumbled across the most BORING thread on the entire site!!! But here goes...
Tomorrow is grocery day and Miss Ella needs her Huggies naps. I stock up whenever they're around $10 because they fit her soooo much better than any other brand. But our stocks ran low. We no longer receive junK mail and I have no idea if they're on special anywhere!! I'll go to whichever supermarket has them on sale... if they are even on sale anywhere. We've got everything but Write Price here. Pleeease tell me someone has them on spesh!

Andie, I had a look in the junk mail for this week and nothing on sale at the supermarkets here. But do you do shop'n'go at P'n'S? they sometimes have them on sale.

There is a other brand that makes them like huggies but they dont have the 3 leak guards only the one like the old ones.
The brand is Home Brand from Woolworths and they are something like $5 odd dollars a packet. I love them they manage to contain ellas explosions lately

Hooorrrraaaayyyy!!!! Thanks, all! I'm off to New World, will definantly try the Home Brand ones too (but gotta have my huggies as a back-up just in case! ), and when I get time, will check out the Terrace End store. Cool bananas.

sorry got confused, it's the cien brand that's on the homepage, on special at the mo too
tesco was what i did have for charli when she was a newborn but they only go up to 5kgs, they are the only nappy i've come across to contain poo-splosions!

I have your answer!!!
It does depend what size Ella is wearing though...
If she is still in infant then phone 027 5500 780. The place is called 'Capes Medical' and they are based in tauranga but courier huggies nappies to whereever. here's the even better part: it costs $27 inc GST for a box of 100!!!! YAY!! Postage is ontop of that, but it's not much... It is the same price for newborn size too.
Crawler are $45 / box, so I have found it cheaper to buy that size in the supermarket when on special.
