Random comment but my sisters Ipod screen cracked and Apple refused to replace it so Mum took them to court and the day of the hearing they contacted her and agreed to replace it. The story got in the newspaper coz apparently there were a heap of them with the same fault and Apple was trying to write it off as user-damage.
