Did anyone see this on Oprah yest??? and it is on again - or part two on weekend....it was awesome...

dont know but some of his ideas for losing weight really struck me and I hope that DH and I will be able to put them into practice...

I also liked his notions of how some people just cannot eat fruit and veges (ME!!!) and how they have different taste buds etc and need to alter diet accordingly...

must try and find this book in library now....

I caught bout the last 15mins of the show and what I saw it seemed to make a lot of sense.
If you go onto www.oprah.com it gives heaps of links for the show.

BS if your looking in Library its called You:On a Diet
Dr Michael Roizen & Dr Mehmet Oz

I'm going to try and catch the show again

I liked the bit about the ideal size a man and woman's waist size should be .

When DP got home i got my tape measure out and measured him .... naughty man was bigger than he was suppost to be ( we wont go into to my measurements ) on to the diet we go....

That's weird! A woman's waist supposed to be bigger than a man's waist!?
