and all through the house, not a kiddie was stirring, not even a gigantababy... however, the parents were up, cupcake in hand, icing goodies for the 2nd birthday party that was to start in 14 hours or so.... (just thought I'd show off what hubby and I have been up to for the past couple of hours)

ahhh the wild west...careful, some of those places are scarier than Birkenhead. Was planning on sending out the invite email for coffee this week too...in fact, will do that now (we've all had yukky colds otherwise it would have been last week).

they look great Maree! am very impressed. Perhaps I should do something similar for Taine's birthday (i love ripping people's ideas off) - I'll make a plaque though that says "Idea courtesy of Maree" and place it lovingly at the side table.....am just blathering now. Hope he has a lovely birthday!

Would absolutely kill for a cup cake right now. Definitely not enough sweets in the house to cope with this month's onset of PMS

P.S. Hope kids have fun! Cakes look great

Thanks everyone. Andrew had the BEST day - lots of fun, a great party and yummy cake (it was banana cake inside the monkey's head).
