Ok i really want to go and have a scan done on my ovaries, there is some strange pain going on there like ovulation pain but im nowhere near due to ovulate and its on both sides. Im hoping its not bigger cysts. Would i have to see a dr to get the form or could my plunket nurse give me a form or what?

I think you would need the doctor to give you the form

Update: Just rang my aunty for Jez, she works at a radiology place and nope, you can only get a scan referral from a doc (or midwife obviously).
