banking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! almost EVERY TIME! i go on to anz internet banking - i get frozen out!!!! BBBAAAHHH!!!!! i also use BNZ internet banking and NEVER have this problem!!!

argh i hear ya. my DH got offered a position on the ANZ tech team for double what he makes now cos they were so desperate to re-do it all. we turned it down which is just as well cos it still appears to be crap! i argued with it al day too
Ok, so I've spent all day trying to log on to it. I hate the phone banking service, as I prefer to *see* my money in front of me, rather than listening to a voice.
