Not sure where to put this..!
My aunty flow has returned after not having her around for the past year, and this time, wow, do I feel strange and have been feeling sick!
Is this normal? TMI but the flow has been really heavy, and didn't experience this after lucy at all.
Sanitry pads do not cut the mustard, so have been wearing disposables After I had Zoe, the midwife there told me to put a nappy in and man does it feel nice! Not that I am going to wear them all the time, gees!
So when does the heavy flow stop? Sorry for the too much info too. Just want some answers |

Hmmmm, I'd say maybe talk to your GP, it shouldn't be *that* heavy. It's usual for your first AF PP to be heavier/clottier than usual but if you're soaking a pad more than every hour you need to get some medical advice.

My first one was reeeeeeally heavy. Very much settled down in the months following.
ETA - but that was after 'medical procedure' not birth.

Hrmmmmm dizzy? I don't recall dizzy.
Maybe give health line a call if you are at all worried? Then make an appt to see doc this week.

If you are losing enough blood to make you feel dizzy you should probably get checked out, even if it is just to ring healthline like Nikki suggested.
I know its normal for your first period to be really heavy and yuck, but it sounds like you are losing a lot.

Hey Lisha are you BF - it sounds really early although I know it can happen. Maybe you should just get it all checked out since your babe is still so new - poor you |
