What do they feel like usually? I think I may get them sometimes, like last night my tummy felt SO tight and then a little while later it was normal again..but I dont feel my tummy going tight then normal straight away, I just sort of notice my tummy feels tighter sometimes..if you get what I mean lol
So I was just wondering what they feel like..?

For me it was like my whole tummy would go hard and tight for a few seconds, sometimes longer and then relax again.

For me, my whole tummy went hard and tight then it would relax. I loved BH!!

For me it was a tightening..a little like doing a crunch. Sometimes it felt like the baby was rolling around and pushing out and this was way before I felt real movement

Hmm okays, so maybe mine is just when I have gas or something, cos I havent felt it go tight then relax straight away or a little bit later, it just feels tight and then I forget about it and then its normal again net time I think about it lol.

I've been getting them for a few weeks now. My tummy goes really tight and I can sometimes feel bub moving around heaps then it relaxes again and goes back to normal. Its sometimes quite uncomfortable.
My tummy often gets tight at other times but stays like that for a long time, sometimes a few hours. Those aren't BH, a lot of the time its when I've eaten a lot.

For me my whole belly tightens and I feel uncomfy and a little breathless. Sometimes they go really quickly especially if I move around, but sometimes they will hang around for a few minutes. I like it when I get them as I can feel where baby is

For me I have a tight feeling all across my bump and then after a short while (30 secs-1 min) it goes and then comes back again. I have really noticed them this time as I didnt have any BH with first pregnancy.

when I first started getting them, it was like u said Sheza... would feel a little tight and strange but then I would forget about it, and when I took notice again they would be gone. Wasn't sure what it was until the MW was feeling my tummy and said "you have BH" when I got that feeling one time... and I was like, oooooo so it IS that...
but now I can definitely feel the start and end of them!

Shaeza thats how mine feel too and i am sure they are BH, i have been having them for a few weeks now but for some reason i seem to notice them on one side rather then all over, the left side actually. And other times if i am lying down you can see the shape of where uterus is and where it goes up to on my belly.....
I guess the further along you get the more you will notice them come and go, i only nitice them come at the moment too!

I've had BH too and they feel similar to yours - I'd notice my tummy being quite tight, like I'm holding it in really hard, and then, a little later, it will relax again. Can be a bit uncomfortable sometimes but guess it means everything is working OK

Yeah it feels uncomfy and weird when it does it, but then Il go off and do something else and orget about it and when I think about it again my tummy feels normal again.
