So for xmas, am making each of the nieces and nephews an apron and cookbook. I'm planning on writing the cookbook myself with recipes that jake and I like to make. So am looking for recipes that you and your child like cooking - it's not a "for sale" book, so feel free to rip people's recipes off.
 So far we have

 corn fritters
 gingerbread men
 pizza dough
cupcakes (although my recipe for cupcakes is not so good.)

I used to bake all kinds of muffins with my baby sister when I was a kid. Also afghans and peanut brownies. I can dig out the recipes if you like?

   Banana toffee pudding
Kiddo does the pudding, I do the toffee. Also I recommend subsituting the vanilla for cinnamon.

   Pancakes!!
And I'm not sure what they're called but you get a 6 muffin tray, 6 slices of bread w/ crust cut off, and you put ham and spaghetti, cheese, anything you like really and put it in the oven until it goes golden and crispy! I remember making those as a kid!

 Stuffed potatoes!
