I so want to do it but Josh is usually in bed and Andrew is in a grump so can't do it.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

phew, lol,
you leave from hockey turf, walk thru esplanade up around by playground, down the road, out past lido, along park road, down a side street out to by the river, along there, past riverdale kindy, up to that road (can't remember what it's called, meets back up with college st near awapuni library etc) along to college st, back down to botanical, past awatapu, along park road right up to fitzherbert ave, back along to hockey turfs.
We did it in 1hr and 16 mins... pretty good for first time, and pushing about 30kgs worth of kids in a buggy.
First 2 kms were hard as, i got stitch etc, but after that it was all good, I think my body was just in a bit of shock that i was making it do something
lol... anyway there's another 2 weeks worth, so we might just keep going, have been meaning to go for weeks but keep forgetting, either that or i've been working.

yeah that's it.
We just chucked the kids in the buggy with their drink bottles and a little container with raisins and rice crackers etc and they were all good... that and the promise of an iceblock once we finished.

I don't think I could get Andrew to sit in a buggy anymore.
I rang the tri people and Andrew can do it if he wants too, so i'm going to see if he wants to later this week.
