Hi guys
Chris chose his own birthday present this year so I have got him a little surprise of a bag full of his favourite treats. A friend suggested I make some home made vouchers for things like a back massage etc, I figure its a good idea as it wont cost anything and I think he would like it.
My problem is ideas, so what do you think I should write them for?

TIA

Umm if it was for my DH I'd do:

*doing the dishes (he usually does them)
*cooking dinner (we do half half)
*watching the tv programme he wants to (he likes watching dumb boring documentaries about bridges being built! we have similar taste in other tv which is great, but not that lol)
*a sleep-in undisturbed
*a movie night with the dvd of his choice, and popcorn
*his choice of takeaways when we get them
*a "boys night out" pass

I'm sure I'll think of more......

Oh and yeah, great idea! Might do some of those for father's day!

Also something I do each year for his birthday is write him a little poem or letter, telling him the things I love about him and the things I appreciate he does..... why he's such a good husband and daddy. Cheezy but I think secretly he likes it lol.
Mama to DS1 (5 years), DS2 (3 years) and...

I always write DH a poem (and he does the same for me) .. now I have done these type of vouchers for DH before (however we werent married or with child then so they were a tad more raunchy than I would post here)

But here are some PG ideas

  • One weekend day (or entire weekend) where he doesnt have to do any nappy changes
  • One homecooked meal of his choice (he like to eat crap which is not on our menu lol)
  • Control of the TV remote for one whole night (as its usually mine lol)
  • One entire weekend day to play his computer game undisturbed
  • One uninterupted bubble bath (with a beer or wine of his choice)
  • One afternoon "off" to go to the gym and have leisurely sauna etc (or something similar - eg game of golf)
Mummy to Issy (3) and Elias (18 months)

I did it .. 41 kgs gone! From flab to fab in under a year LFs weight blog

I always do vouchers for my DH.

I normally do

* 1/2 hour back scratch
* 10 minute foot rub
* Dinner of your choice
* Waiter for the night

Haha and I ALWAYS put on the bottom of the vouchers
*Please note only one voucher reedemable per day*

And then I always put an expiry date on them as well lol
