A couple of my BG 3.0's (well one so far but another looks like it could) have had the stitching come away at the front valcro piece. Right across it. Not happy at all. I have 15 of these things and bought them as an investment so we could get 2 kids through them, they better not all get like this. We've only been using them for about 6 months too.
I'm guessing there's no way of complaining to anyone eh? Just really disappointed for $30 a pop to have that happen.
Anyone have any problems with them? I think I bought them from Tweedle but that wouldn't make a difference as they're not made here. Just a PITA! (sorry title should say *at* BG, not *and*)

I dont have any Bum Genius but was considering getting some. So sucky about the stitching coming away! Surely they have a warranty on them, it might just be a factory fault. Are they good otherwise?

Contact Tweedle, you might be surprised and at least then if others have the same problem and complain there is a record of it happening. I don't have any of these nappies but my v2 BG's are fine. Stink!

I'd get in contact with Tweedle too, I think I've heard (or should that be seen ) of others on here having problems with BG stitching coming away |

Oh bum, hope mine don't do that, so far haven't had any trouble, I have one V2 and 2 V3.
I would definitely try and get a replacement or repair or refund or something if you can.

I have one V3 that I've been using for a couple of months and haven't had any problems so far. I'd definitely contact Tweedle as they could be under warantee. Also, if it's just the vecro tab that is coming away it could be easily mended.

Oh no I hope it's not a V3 prob. I got my V2 here in NZ and they're great but my friend brought the V3 back for me from the states so I'll be screwed if they do that. (serves me right I guess )

1 of my 6 V3 has stitching that is coming undone in a few places but not enough that it affects the functionality of the nappy (yet). I don't know if it'll last through another baby but all the rest are absolutely fine though.

To be honest I wouldn't expect any one-size nappy to last through 2 children. Considering that it's worn for 2+ years, I'd be happy for it to just last through one child's nappy days! I think that's the advantage of sized nappies - each size is worn for a shorter period therefor is usually is a good enough condition to be used on a second child. Just my thoughts though |

Ah but see that's where you're wrong.. you just need to get a WHOLE lot of one size naps so they don't get used as much lol |
