Im doing really well. Joined WW two weeks ago, first week lost 2.4kg second week 1.1kg Im really tempted to aim for 1.5 this week so i will have lost 5kgs all up but Im not going to be silly bout it. Plus i went out last night and ended up having a few more drinks than i allowed for so blew the day but hey its only a day right.
My goal is when i get to 10kgs I can get my tattoo. then at 15kgs I will get my hair done. Not sure what to do to reward myself when i do reach 5kgs though.
Oh and i brought an eye toy so i can do the exercise stuff, arrives this week.
Are you going to meetings?

i joined ww a week ago and am actually finding the meetings good motivation. last week had to take jake so brought the laptop and a dvd and he watched Elmo (while singing loudly) with headphones while I sat.
Lost 1kg first week, which i was actualy disappointed with, stupidly enough - hubby gave me crap about it afterwards. (being disappointed, not only losing 1kg), but have stuck pretty well this week and am hoping to lose more. I only have 8 kg officially to lose - but that would make me 72. I'd prefer 65, but my ww person thinks that may be too much =- i figure I will decide when I get down to 72 first. But I have a wedding to go to next january so have promised myself a shopping trip and dress when I am down to goal. 5kg I get a new recipe book (i seriously have a slight addiction), and 10% I'm getting a subscription to a magazine.
as for exercise, I'm going to start adding it in next week, but am limited to what I can do long trm. walking is good, but it's along the highway - not so good. I could arrange to go around hubby's shifts but often he is sleeping in the moring after long night shifts so quite tricky again. Dunno. maybe a dvd?

Hey you are all doing great!! Well done
Can't remember if I posted about it or not, but I am a lifetime member at WW now!! Woo hoo! I lost 8.5kg (from 72.8 to 64.3) in 12 weeks, did 6 weeks maintenance and have been at lifetime for one month now - yay I dont have to pay anymore! So proud Am now even running which is so much easier without all the flab. Would still like to tone up a bit but am pretty happy where I am - easy to maintain.
Keep up the good work everyone and thanks for all your support last year

Once you get to goal, you do six weeks maintenance where you learn to eat to maintain rather than lose. At the 6th weigh in you need to be within 1kg of your goal, then you are a lifetime member. This means you only need to weigh in once a month, and if you are within one kilo its free, but if you are over that you have to pay the $17.95.
