Lol Bobbie, my hubby will be getting a baby around Xmas too. I hadn't thought of that (in that way - you know what I mean) so perhaps now I can get away without buying him a pressie

We decided early on that we would put money away so that we could buy each other a pressy come christmas time. We figure since we are on a tight ass budget with no luxury spending we at least deserve a surprise at xmas time. We have put away some for Daniel too naturally.
DH has said he would like an mp3 player. We'll see if I decide to give him that or something else. I'm definitely going to get him a couple of bottles of wine. I'll probably buy them directly from one of the in laws family friends who has a vineyard over in the hawkes bay. He misses being able to have lots of wine with dinner etc.

LOL Bobbie and Sally belly. My cousin's boy was born on Xmas day, sometime after she'd had xmas lunch. Quite appropriate really considering their name is Sante.
He has his birthday at home, and then goes to Nana's for Santa's pressies.

Hmmm Fleury, I'm not sure I want an actual Christmas Day baby but I'm sure he'll come when he's ready & not before
At least your cousin's boy had the "decency" to let his Mum eat her lunch first!

what I saw today and I thought was pretty cool for my DH as he works with computers - is a mouse pad with a picure of the kids on it. You can get them done at camera stores/chemist. I know DH will love one.
But Teresa - doesn't your DH visit this site as well? or are you hoping you get so many suggestions he won't know what you decided on?
