Hi All.

I had Lap surgery in early 2010 where a cyst was found (had not been discovered in scans etc before) and drained.

We then conceived the first cycle after surgery & now have a beautiful little girl.

I have been off the pill for the nearly 5 months and have been 'not trying, not preventing'... although of course I've been hoping we'll conceive again.

My concern/ question is can cysts come back?

Has anyone conceived a second time after surgery or did you need further treatment before conceiving?
