if it makes you feel any better my brother and his "friends" caused me grief at my wedding.
My mum insisted that my brother and 5 of his friends come to the wedding because they were chipping in.

my brother was missing for most of the formalities, and when he was finally dragged in by my parents his phone was beeping the whole way through... my parents had got him a hotel room so he hung out there with his friends the whole night.

9pm they walk into the reception room drunk and high.. had no ID for the bar man and they caused an arguement.
One pee'd on a mercedes and the police ended up being called because they all got into a fight..
yes, no gifts, but i did get a hug and a "thanks for inviting me to your birthday"

very frustrating,

BIL wore a backpack thingey containing alcohol - as in spirits - and then stole the champagne from the bridal car while we were having photos taken! yes they got very very drunk at our wedding too!

MIL got pissy cause she and my mum dont get on and mum shouted us a suprise honeymoon to hawaii and usa....and his father hadnt helped out with wedding at all and then at wedding tried to pay something to the bar to tell people that he had helped out!

OMG dont get me started on inlaws.....DH and i had a massive on weekend about MIL....we asked her to come out to us for a change as we were pretty busy at home and she could have bubs at the mall instead of us driving 30 plus mins each way to her house...she refused so i refused to go there!!! argh!!!!

well u could but then you would see the inside of a concrete prison for a long time....cant win them all!!!
